Sony Music

I was in Sony Music in my sleep last night. I’ve never been to Sony Music before. But I finally got to go there, and it was huge. We needed a security card for every single door we went through.

They didn’t have any elevators, but they had escalators for all the floors. The escalators were really cool. They were like London Bridge – on hinges. They started out horizontal, and you told them what floor you wanted to go to and they would raise or lower their free end to whichever was the right floor. They were very sparkly and flashy with lots of pretty lights. I was on the escalator when a businessman got on and wanted to go right to the top floor. It got VERY, VERY steep!

I’d only just got back from the airport. Sony Music is right next to the airport, and you can get to it via an underground passage. I’d been visiting a beach in Spain, but the beach had zombies in the sand so I came home a couple of days early. There’s nothing like zombies in the sand to spoil your holiday.

But anyway, I found this really neat ballroom in the middle of Sony Music, where everyone goes to do lunch. They had a string quartet playing and a glass floor you could see right through. There were shops right around the edge of the ballroom, so I went to shop at HMV. The HMV in Sony Music doesn’t sell CDs, it sells exotic fruit.
